Hi Noel, Fantastic! We’re planning on doing loads more… Thanks for dropping by and happy strumming!
Thank you Denice. Strumming and learning how to play different feels/rhythms can be a bit tricky when you’re just starting to learn acoustic guitar . You are also 100% right that just by looking at chord charts you don’t actually get to know anything about the feel/rhythm of the song and that’s why Antonio and I teach all our students to learn to read chart with bars and beats. It’s really very easy and here’s a short video to introduce you to the concept. You can watch it on this page and it’s the first video called bars and beats. http://www.rhythmguitarzero2hero.com/free-guitar-instructions-learn-acoustic-guitar-week-two/ Cheers, Charl
Thanks Abhishek, if you practice everyday for a bit and follow the right lessons it is easy indeed!
I loved the video. I am a beginner at guitar and am in need of step by step instruction. I know a few chords and can play a couple of songs but my problem is knowing how to strum the song. I get chord sheets for songs but they have no strumming pattern on them and I cannot figure it out. I would love to know how to figure out what the strumming pattern is in songs. I listen to them but that does me no good. Please help.
Thanks.
Cool video man…u make it look so easy.
Thanks…
